Help - the font size on this site has got smaller!

Don't know what I've done but suddenly everthing went to half it's normal size, must pressed something, but no idea how to restore it back to normal! (Everything else normal on my PC, just this site). Please help or I shall have to get somespecs!!
 
Do you have a little 'thing' at the bottom of the screen (perhaps right hand side) that tells you a percentage??

It may have a drop down arrow or a + or - sign that you can press to increase the size of the font...
 
When that happens to me I log out and log back in seeing as I'm so technically minded (NOT)

Hi Amy May - thanks for the reply, and no, i don't have anything on the screen with a percentage. also someone else suggested powering off and on again but i'm afraid that hasn't worked - everyhing else all ok, just this H and H site.
 
Have you got a mouse with a wheel on it?

If so hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and move the wheel.

One way should make the text bigger and the other smaller.
