Help tracing bloodlines (Connemara pony)

Apologies if this is in the wrong place, didn't know whether to put it in the tracing section or the breeding section, so I stuck it here! I'm looking to find any info on Millrose Claudy Maid who is Billy's dam, she's in his passport as ISH but no further breeding or info so at a bit of a loss. Also looking for info on Vales Blue Boden who is a registered CP. I can find a bit on his sire, Boden Park Finnard but nothing on him other than his family tree, no pictures. I know nothing about Connemara ponies and their bloodlines so just interested to find anything out :)

Ooh really? His grandad is nice and I found some good pics of him, he's very chunky! Billy is more like a tb so guessing his dam's side must be quite fine.

I wish I knew more about my mares breeding (she's a thoroughbred) - I knew her dam but her sire was called Wippendorf and I can't find out anything about him. Mind you that was 23 years ago before the digital age!! Happy hunting!

Are you sure that's the right spelling as it's not on Weatherbys? What details do you have for your mare, are you sure she's full TB?
 
Tried Capall Óir-ing the dam but she is no breeding recorded or breeder so she will be hard to trace. I would suggest getting in contact with the breeder named on your boys passport, and trying to trace her that way. I think it might be the only way! The Connie is on the data base but DorianGrey has all the details already up :)

I'm pretty sure, I'll have to dig out her passport. Come to think of it, she is registered with the BHRC so maybe she's a standardbred :eek: Boy, will I be embarrassed if she is :o
