I went to look at a Primitive Star yesterday (amazing stallion) who is on the same yard as Primitive Proposal and PP was in the stable opposite. He seemed very quiet and was beautiful. Another plus there is that the yard and facilities are amazing and the stud manager is one of those people who makes you feel really relaxed and you know your mare would be really well cared for whilst she was there and he seems really knowledgeable too. The atmosphere is really laid back for the mares too but everywhere is kept immaculate and the horses wellfare is of huge importance to them there

Primitive Faerie Tale - I like him and I don't like him....is a hard one to tell as he was doing well in competition and then has been off for some time. No stock out and about to speak of.

Primitive Proposal - a couple of posts on him further down where I have said what I like and don't like about him.

Future Illusion - I LOVE HIM!!! Granted he has not been in competition yet BUT what he has done as a youngster in hand is superb plus his foals are undeniably lovely and are proving themselves in the BEF scheme. He himself is coming out inder saddle this year and I cannot wait to see him in action!!

thanks all, am still umming and aahing; they all have pluses and minuses; FI is the top of the list really, although I'd love to leave it til next year after he's done a bit. he is absolutely stunning, but spoke to Julia and not available really til May..... will keep changing my mind for another few days no doubt!!
