It means the person who wrote it is a bit on the divvy side as they cant spell account

Is that exactly as it is spelt and what is it on

Looks like an abbreviation or miss-spelling of Account Rendered-
i,e a statement of an account, for invoice(s) etc already issued etc.

Have you received this as part of a slightly odd message saying you owe money when you don't think you do? If so it's probably spam.
