HELP! What's this bit called please???

I'm finally getting round to listing the 9 million horsey things I have to sell on eBay and came across this bit.

It's a 5¼ inch bit, and is obviously a copy of a the Myler Comfort Snaffle; But what do I call it on my eBay listing? It's got hooks, 3 copper inserts either side of the underside of the mouth piece and the very high port.

I wouldn't say it was a copy of the comfort snaffle as the one you have has a port

the second bit down but change 'low port' to 'high port' and add that it has copper bands

so an --- English D ring With Hooks copper bands high Port Mullen Barrel
