Help Which breed??

Ive currently got a lovely 1 1/2 year old ESS love him to pieces!..but im looking to get him a friend i am fan of working breeds and exercise isnt an issuse as im always on the go(horses and keen walker) and so is he. Suggestions on breeds that have matched ESS's high energy and playfulside..but also likes a good cuddle any stories or experience greatly appreciated thanks xx

Doberman? Mine is highly athletic, hard to tire out & tries to sit on my lap. Oh and a goldfish would make a better guard than my Dobey!!

Springer x Cocker, love mine to bits- see a couple of posts down on the forum of Rosie pics! Full of beans but loves a cuddle especially in the morning in bed

If you're able to do some brain work as well as exercise (eg obedience classes) then would highly recommend border collies but only if you're able to work their brains

No contest - a Dalmatian, definitely high energy and playful and would certainly like to be a lapdog !!! I've had 3 and my daughter has one now. 2 of mine were rescues and C bought hers off Preloved for £100 as a 1 year old - he's beautiful but annoys her old greyhound immensely by always being on the move and wanting to play.
