HELP with cheeky pony !!

I have a 12.2hh caspian pony and he is really sweet but is obsessed with my cob and doesn't like to leave his side. When i put my cob in the stable the caspian stands outside his stable, and when i try to put the caspian in his stable he refuses to move and it takes me about 20 minutes to get him in the stable. I have tried luring him in with food but he is uninterested . Any tips ?
 
I agree with MM, you need to do lots of groundwork with him to build up his trust and confidence. Are there any other horses he could go out with as well, so he can bond with others instead of solely being attached to one horse? Is he new or has this issue just started now?
 
He can't go out with any other horses as he lives at my house. He is new so i hope this is normal i have had him about a month it is just annoying because it takes ages to get him in his stable.
