First thing I notice, even before my eyes have got to the written advert, is how unflattering the photos are of him. Really does not do the horse any favours and, when I had seen those pictures myself whilst looking, turned me off straight away. He looks terribly downhill, gangly and not very well put together.
In the advert it says he is schooled to a high standard but the horse is not working properly in the photos, etc. I take it because you mention he has never raced that he is a TB? Might be worth just adding that in.
Honestly, looking off those photos, I wouldn't want to hand over £3k for him. He looks like he needs quite a bit of work, and with no mention of any competition experience, I would pay £2k maximum for him.
