Help with passport! 7 days remaining to register as owner!!!

Bred my mare so she's in my name. Pony we bought last July hasn't had ownership changed oops. TBH I think Passports are a joke. When my mare was given bute and Liverpool Cream Treatment a couple of years ago at no point did my vet ask or check the passport to see if I'd signed to say she wasn't to go into the food chain. I haven't actually signed that bit of the passport as if I did get caught by the Passport Police I may have to eat the evidence!!!!

You will be paraded around town with a sign on your neck stating that your horse doesnt have a valid passport and the townsfolk will throw tomatoes at you ;)
 
Whoops! Holding my hand up here as I'm another one. Had the Shitland 3 years and still not done it. Ach well.

Passports are such a piss about. The most pointless useless bit of rubbish I've had to deal with in all the time I've had horses. And since probably 90% of the equestrian industry agree then little is done if there are slip ups. They're only used to keep pen pushers happy.
 
dont tell anyone but.......my pony hasnt got one and im not getting one! hes a field ornament not a horse anyway and hes never going anywhere. i got him as a foal before passports came in and have never bothered and now id have to pay for a chip and a vet call out and then the hassle of sending it all off and paying for it-and for what? what real purpose do they serve???:mad:
