Personally if you really are unable to loan him out again then I would put at least £5,000 price ticket on him. Despite the few issues, that you intend to be totally honest about to prospective buyers, he is a rare find for a nervous rider to hack out on.
But my main reason for placing him at that price or perhaps even push for a bit more, it will discourage the chancers trying to make a quick profit and the possibility of him ending up passed on to several different homes if he is priced too cheaply.
