Personally if you really are unable to loan him out again then I would put at least £5,000 price ticket on him. Despite the few issues, that you intend to be totally honest about to prospective buyers, he is a rare find for a nervous rider to hack out on.

But my main reason for placing him at that price or perhaps even push for a bit more, it will discourage the chancers trying to make a quick profit and the possibility of him ending up passed on to several different homes if he is priced too cheaply.

have a look on horsequest ref no 256033, he sounds like he could suit. also in the loan section RDA are asking for horses, dont know if they buy them or just have them gifted, might be worth a call
