My poor boy has a bad foot!!!
I was out hunting for the morning and when I returned to the stable yard, un-tacked,washed down and put him away he didn't look right as I went to put his bandages on, in fact he was badly lame!
I panicked as first of all thinking it was a tendon ( warm leg ) and another woman at the yard had a look but it seemed to be more in the foot. and we put a poultice on over night and also been hot tubing it. He is better today with no puffy leg but a very warm foot. getting the farrier out in the morning.
Could he of just stood on something and bruised his foot? or could it be puss in the foot............?
