Help!!

When I got my horse last year she came to me really well schooled, she is an old grade A show jumper so she knows all the tricks. Over the winter she has lost her shape and now is not going as well as before. I have some eventing dressage tests coming up and wondered if anyone had a program or tricks they use? The tests are only for be90 and 100's but would like to get her scores down again.:confused:
 
Do you have an experianced friend who would be willing to give you a couple of mini lessons in return for a box of chocs?

You really need someone to watch you and your horse practicing the tests and then give you advice based on what they can see that you are doing right/wrong.
 
If you're short on cash then either get an experienced friend to help, maybe in exchange for other jobs. Or cut the competing & go for an instructor with the savings?

Agree with littlelegs, you know what they say, rosettes are won at home, you just go to competitions to collect them. If things are going downhill, take a break from the comps, use the money for a few lessons with a good trainer and get back on track. Also is your horse well in herself? If she has lost condition and is not going as well, could she have an underlying problem?
