The local riding centre has horses out in a field all year round so it's grazed pretty low. My mothers just rung me to say she's really concerned as she has driven past it and the field was full of ragwort, had very little grass and had ponies in it. Does any one know the BHS welfare officer for dorset as I *think* its BHS approved. Or should i just call ILPH?
