I am thinking of using Hemcore for my extremely messy cob.

He eats straw and is so messy with woodchips that it drives me mad!

I was just wondering if anyone has any reviews on Hemcore?

I used Hemcore for a couple of horses for several years. I liked it for a deep litter bed. It is very absorbent, but for a very wet horse I still struggled. Definitely better than shavings, but quite pricey unless your horse is very tidy.

I love Hemcore, used to use it for my messy horse. Would use it permanently if it weren't for the price! My local feed place stock a flax bedding that's almost as good & a lot cheaper so I use that quite a lot.

I think I use something very similar to Hemcore and I love it.

I have quite a deep bed for the horse and I skip out the poo every day and then do a full muck out every Friday and put another bale in. It works a lot better when the bed is settled. I love it because its so easy, it doesn't smell at all and is basically dust tree. My bales cost me about £6.50 each and I use one a week.
