I'm starting to see suggestions that feeding hemp seed meal is beneficial to horses, and could be better than micronized linseed in terms of Omega 3 vs 6 ratio:

In an attempt to feed as naturally as possible and try and keep cereal/starch content low - I currently feed a mixture of grass chaff, Equimins complete concentrate balancer (vitamins & mineral supplement), micronized linseed and additional grass nuts/oats in winter for the ones in hard work where necessary and my horses are all doing well on this.
Just interested if anyone is feeding hemp seed meal and/or this plus hemp seed oil and if so experiences (good or bad) and where you buy it from if you do feed it.
Any input/advice appreciated
