Henning Horseboxes

I would like to thank Wayne Henning for helping us get the full value of our horsebox from our insurance company who were being extremely difficult. The box was written off by a falling tree in the February 2020 storms.

I would also like to recommend Wayne for any pre purchase inspections of horseboxes anyone is thinking of buying, he really knows his stuff. He travels all over the country so doesn't matter where the box is. He has a Facebook page Henning Horseboxes.

Thanks for your reply poluytrewq yes he was so helpful as the insurance company were being so awful and not wanting to pay the full value of the box which had only done 12,040 miles and went and sold the wreck even though it was in dispute, but Wayne stepped in and hopefully we should receive the remainder of our money very soon. Its taken from February last year until now to get this far!!

please remember (you may not be a dumb as me!) to send the log book off and declare as scrapped to the DVLA
My daughter wrote her car off and we were told scrapped. Stupidly did nothing more and now we are fighting parking fines as it was sold by the insurer and put back on the road ?‍ It’s a nightmare

Can you name and shame the insurers? I'd like to avoid them if possible.

Yes it was M S Amlin I went through Shearwater Insurance Brokers and I. must say that Andrew at Shearwater was fantastic and supported us all the way and kept in contact with us.
