He saved me last night from a MASSIVE spider in the bathroom!:D

Although unfortunately he did then retrieve it, causing me to scream and run away, which of course caused him to run after me as this was clearly an amazing new game:o

LOL! :D I am a gibbering blubbering wreck with spiders and often set my dogs on them - they like to paw at them so they inevitably get squished, which makes me happy. It never occurred to me that they might consider retrieving a spider for me! Eugh, gives me the willies just thinking about it!! :D

hehe Lolas good at spider catching too :) Our old house was a cottage so had lots of woodlice under the hearth that used to come out now and again, They proved rather difficult for her to pick up and she'd spend ages trying to get them between her teeth!

I had a similar thing, sat on the sofa with the dogs and the granddaddy of all spiders ran across the floor, he didnt get far as 2 Dobes and a Heeler were on his case and there was nothing to retrieve as he was gobbled up.My dogs are quite primeval at times.:D
