I found them true to size.

Chip has a cob sized head (he's a quarter horse) but I couldn't find an English bridle to fit him.

Full was too big and cob too small and extremely so. Even full on smallest hole was too big and cob on last hole was too tight.

So I measured him using the HJ guide and it fits perfectly.

I don't understand why he was so hard to fit normally as he's got a normal head. Things like the cob noseband wouldn't touch around his nose but thr full one would be down at his nostrils on all the various other brands I tried.

His HJ bridle is spot on.

I had to upsize from cob to full for my mare. She does have a slightly big head, but easily fits cob headcollars etc. The stable pic is cob, the hacking one is full size. I absolutely love it, and their customer service was great.

I also found them on the slightly smaller size, I had to exchange my cob sized noseband for a full size. Everything else fits fine. I'd never thought my 14hh pony would need a full sized noseband!
