Henry James saddles? Opinions?

A friend of mine bought one. Her horse hated it so she tried to return it - the customer service she received wasn't great. They wouldn't take it back, despite their returns policy, so she had to sell on at a loss.

They are not as nice in RL as they are in the photos. The gullet bar is half exposed when you look from underneath, which I didn't like.

Sorry, not the best review as she only had it for a few days and I only really looked at it breifly!
