Hello, I am studying a Level 3 Extended Diploma In Horse Management and for one of the modules we need to investigate a question and mine is, "What are the most commonly used herbal remedy/supplement and why?" Done it, but TBH I can't see how you can get much information from such a short survey. You need to ask about the usefullness, or otherwise, of specific supplements/herbs for specific conditions as opposed to a kind-of blanket question of "do you think they do any good" basically.

Sorry OP, but felt this was a bit of a waste of time TBH, but hey, your survey at the end of the day and if it tells you what you want it to, your decision

You could certainly add some more probing questions to this; your 'Other' breeds (please add) needs to be a button, doesn't work otherwise. Good luck with your results!
