herbal sups

what herbal sups do you use?? (e.g. tumeric, rosehips etc) i don't feed any sups as he doesn't need them and i haven't got the money to be waisting on sups that aren't needed, so just wandered what herbally, householdy thing you use and what for!!!!

When all the berries are out on the trees I pick hawthorn (good for healthy blood flow) and rosehips (natural biotin) for Pips. I also cut her stinging nettles and leave them out to dry, so the sting goes and then feed them to her. She loves them and they are packed full of iron. I also pick her dandelions, we have monster looking ones up the yard that are huge, they are very good for their livers. Most plants I'll look up to see if she can eat them and then let her try them. I cut her down a few branches of various trees that she can eat, for her to browse on, which she seems to enjoy. If we now pass a rosehip bush, she'll happily stand there and pick of the rosehips until she is satisfied that she has had enough

ahh interesting, it is suprising what different things you can find that are actually benificial to them
