Well i rode him out on Fri eve on his own 
It didn't go as well as it could have gone but it wasn't as bad as i thought it would have been. Steve my lovely OH walked with us to make shore i was safe.
I got on him and he walked straight on without any fuss.
I thought we would have a problem here but he was good. I rode him up the road and he stopped at the cross road and refused to move so i got off and led him up past the killer pig and got back on. I rode him along through the sheep farm and after a bit he stopped again and refused to move i had to get off and lead him again when i got back on he threaterned to rear 
I led him abit further and got on him and this time he walked on but he felt like a coiled spring, he walked on very fast and if i asked him to stop and wait for my OH he just felt like he was going to through all his toys out the pram. So i let him walk on and made it home in one piece. He did lots of napping but atleast we got round the ride. I didn't think we would get out the driveway.
On saterday it was a lovely day and i desided to come up to the yard and have a go at loading him. Last time it was a disaster he nearly kicked someone in the head and i ended up having to ride him 4 miles home from a hunt. Anyway he was quite good on sat and it only took about 30mins to get him in and noone nearly got killed
He also loaded several times after straight away.

I'm so pleased with him. It was just what i needed after fri. He'll get there in the end i know he can do it.
