Heres a question...............how tidy is your home ?

Right now my house looks like a bomb has hit it and it's making me very anxious.

I have a cleaner that comes once a week and Saturday mornings both OH and I spend 2 hours houseworking.
So the house is OK but I don't let myself get stressed if it gets messy.

Only dull people have tidy houses

Cyrus, you hoover at least once a day?! gosh, i really do have low standards, i'm impressed with myself if i do it once a week.
however, i do poo-pick the fields twice a day, so i reckon i deserve a halo for that...
now i feel guilty for not hoovering enough.

I clean all through my house everyday. My stable takes me ages i pat my shavings down horse comes in 2 seconds later it a mess. Same with my house when OH and daughter come home. Don't know why i bother

I hate a messy house= i hate my house!! what i dont understand is when i do spend a few hours cleaning and tidieing no one comes round when it looks like a show home (coughs) but when it looks like somthing off grimefighters it seems the whole village wants to come in for coffee.

I'm naturally a clean and tidy person but there just isn't enough time in the day to work, enjoy horses, have a life and keep a really tidy house. We keep it generally tidy but then something will come up that means it slips a bit then it degenerates until its embarrassing and we tidy up and start all over again. We're in the midst of moving at the mo so we've got an excuse for the mess LOL.

We usually invite people round for dinner to force us to tidy up!! I bet most of our friends think our house is really clean and tidy cos it always gets tidied up before I'll let people in!

I tidy the house everyday - its small, so if I don't keep on top of things it can get really messy and that drives me mad!

I usually hoover, clean the bathroom and do a load of washing at least once a day - but again thats just to keep on top of things.

However, I am sinking under mud - what with dogs, kids and OH dragging mud into the house constantly, that eventually turns to dust - its a total nightmare.

My yard is pretty immaculate - but its so satisfying to sweep the yard and return the next morning to find it in exactly the same state - that doesn't happen in the house!!

Full time job, 4 x ponies, 2 x cats, 1 x dog + chickens = no time for housework.

I'm ashamed of my house but life's too short..

my oh cleans our house top to bottom i am only left with kitchen which is usually a tip,he works full time 6.00am till just after 5pm then comes home and cleans and does lawns while i am at yard sorting horses. my car is a dump site while his is in showroom condition. sorry to say my stables not much better i am a complete tramp really

one top yard i worked at the yard was immaculate, the house was a health hazard!
my yard is much tidier than my house, but the house isnt too bad!
