This is up in Aberystwyth, about 40 mins from me, I certainly wouldn't use these vets if I was in that area.

I would expect the vet to pay for another pup, never mind send the bill!
I wouldn't use that vet practice again though.

I have a friend who's vet this is, the man in charge needs to sort this out before that Sharon takes the whole practice down with her. She needs investigatiing for malpractice by the RCVS for starters.
