Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows how these come up size-wise? I am thinking of getting one for my mare, but her head is betweeen cob and full size - sometimes one, sometimes the other and I don't want to buy the wrong size off ebay!

Thanks

My boy has quite a big head and his is on the hole from the top on his comfort bridle which is full size so I'd imagine they are quite generous on their sizing.
Lovely bridles, such soft, supple leather

I had problems with my horse as the borwband is OK on FS but nose band is too big, cheek peices too long etc. I bought a Sabre comfort bridle and I rang Sabre first. They asked for all the measurements from my old bridle and confirmed that he is a prefect FS in their bridles. They do use shorter cheek peices than most though. Try phoning Heratage and they may be able to help.

I bought one for my 16hh TB mare, she is usually cob size but sometimes needs a full size browband and I found that I had to adjust the Cob size Heritage down as small as it will go on the cheek pieces for her.

It is lovely though and it does make a difference to how she goes.

I'm after one now for our 13.2 welsh c and although he is usually in a smallish cob size I will be buying the pony sized Heritage for him.

One of the sellers on ebay used to list all of the measurements for the individual pieces, I just can't remember who they were!
