Hi I am after a bit of advise really,

My dog is 4 weeks post opp of having really intense surgery, she got attacked by a Rottweiller and had quite a few complications.

She had to have her insides basically reconstructed.. cut a long story short she is now back and fitting fit but still got 2 weeks to go before she gets the all clear. However recently i found a lump in her groin (near where she had surgery) and i am worried she has a hernia. She went to the vets yesterday, however they couldnt find it (nor could my mum who has previously felt it). I felt the lump again today so know it is 100% there!

She has another vet app on Saturday.

Has anyone else had experience of this as i would like to know the precedure to remove it. I am guessing surgery is the answer??

It does not get removed, but same as in humans it is pushed back into place and the hole in the muscle wall is stitched and repaired.A month or so cage rest for a big hernia would be best
