Hi everyone... I know, more advice needed :)

Looks like we might be biting the bullet soonish and trading in our big old Rice Beaufort (slightly miffed given I've totally overhauled it) as one of our horses has taken to leaning over when travelling.

We have a Sec D 15.3 and a TB 16.2 and we're thinking of going down the herringbone layout trailers as in the Fautras oblic range.

Is the 2+ wide enough for these guys to travel sideways or do we have to stump up for the 3+ to get the extra width? Anybody have any practical experience of these? Any niggles or problems? oh and last question - if we do get one, do they ever come up as used items or is the price difference so miniscule you might as well get a shiny new one? (as in the case of Ifors)

Need the warts and all from everyone who has one as 6 to 9 grand is not flippin cheap.

Sorry for the longish post :)

Unashamed *bump*

Does no one have one of these? or have you all disappeared out in them for the bank holiday? :)
I think you will find them a little narrow maybe you could get a demo?
see if it works for you.. I would be a little carefull as some of the continetal and american trailers are over uk legal width which is 7ft6 or 2.3mtrs ive seen them at shows and they look nice and well finished, mind its decent basic second hand lorry money...
