Guess what, looks like horse imports are at it again! Took a while for them to start back up but look at this Belgian Coldblood - was advertised if I remember correctly on their site last year - WITH this picture and having just keyed in the horseimports.co.uk website I now come up with a new one dedictaed to the listed owner of this horse. Click link to see horse in question. Don't mean to be defamatory but if this is them - do they never give up?

Lovely draft I agree but if it's the same one that was advertised last year then that is a very old picture and I dread to think what it actually looks like now. Very nice horse though

Having looked at the links above I know for a fact that the Fjord and the Belgian draft were advertsied on his site with the same pics last year just before he was shut down.

I thought he'd been banned this time and almost definately had some kind of ban previously hence why he always ends up trading under different names or registers his 'business partners' names

Have you alerted the sites being advertised on, that its him? As I understood it he IS banned, and as he was prosecuted, you can report on him without being defamatory as he was found guilty in a court of law.

They need to know as they should pull the ads (the websites)

One of the people who was part of horse imports but jumped ship before the poop hit the fan and as a result hasn't been prosecuted for their part has set up in the south, a few people on here have had problems with this person but can't go public because of being defamatory...

Definitely the same photos. I wonder if the Belgian draft is actually the horse that is for sale or if it an example of the breed? And as for Mr. Equifix - does the guy never give up? I would have thought being features on BBC Watchdog was enough for him.

I love the first horse, too bad they have ended up at that yard.

I just wish a horse would kick him in the head. Honestly how can he feel no guilt at ripping people off?.

I went to see some horses he had for sale, about 2 yrs ago. they have moved to new place now. just saw the website and there was a
(what seemed nice on the pictures an video) branded hanoverian for sale.

felt so sorry for it just wanted to take it home with me, and all the rest of them. there was about 40 horse cramed in a tiny paddock, just been shipped over from holland.

just seen this via a search:
Should consumers continue to have problems with horses they have bought from David Thomas or Dagmar Blick they should contact Consumer Direct on 08454 04 05 06.

Maybe we should give them a ring to advise of his new dealings?

They're all such stunning horses - shame it really is. That haflingeris gorgeous but i wouldn't really have said the 1st one is the right photo. I'd have all of them <3 But i wouldn't trust the guy they're coming from.

I Asked about this dealer earlier today in a post titled 'people who live in yorkshire...'
Are all dealers steer clears?
