I am so excited that I have to share.. :D :D :D

My daughter and I have had our current pony on loan for 3 months. I havent owned a horse for 12 years, I have always loaned and got attached, and been broken hearted when they go home. I havent been able to afford to buy since I had my children :(
However, the owner of Charlie decided to sell, and as she knows how well we will look after him has agreed for me to buy him. So I am absolutely thrilled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am the proud OWNER (whoop whoop) of Charlie, 14.1 Newfie. He is 16, but is as fit as a fiddle and the most perfect lil boy for us. Heres hoping for a few good years of PC and hacking for me and Jess (I cant wait till she gets home from school as she doesnt know yet!)

So to everyone who wants their own horse but cant... dreams do come true!!!!!!

Congrats! What a llovely looking boy and you look so happy on him, hope you have many, many years of fun together and don't worry about the toes just enjoy,.

Who??? Oh the Raff monster you mean? mwaahhhhh
You should have seen him just now, snuffling round in a king sized bed & spitting all his food over the door cause hes too nosey to eat it quietly. Spoilt? not much lol :D

and then he looks at the food splatted on the floor outside his door as if it's been put there to tease him... i know the look well...

did you break the news to your daughter?? did it go well? :D
