The article says:

"The alleged fraud is believed to have taken place between 2024 and February this year, with more than 80 suspected victims coming forward to police....

An investigation has been launched and anyone with any information is urged to contact us via our major incident portal.”

Not sure why the other thread got closed as no note from admin on it but posted on the fb group today:

Letter today from Official Receiver - in summary, total assets £0, total liabilities £718,054.05.

Regarding proof of debt, some people have mentioned that they have not heard back after submitting the form. The letter says proof of debt will not be acknowledged.

Not great news so far as pursuing Lynn for her debts. I’m keeping going via the bank and ombudsman and hoping the criminal investigation results in some justice.

That is a huge amount for equines valued on average each at around 12k +/- (I'm generalising).
Perhaps there are other debts included that were not in the public domain such as mortgage arrears or rental arrears, vehicle payments, who knows what else.... (not asking a question, but again I am musing).
If that figure over £700k is purely related to fraud of horse sales transactions, that is horrendous. No wonder she beleaguered the likes of the Dodgy dealer pages and even admin on here to remove anything that might be negative.

It’s a very non-committal article, but at least she has been mentioned.
