Hi everyone - my name is Max and I'm new

!! I arrived at my new home on Friday - and I loooooooooooooove it!! My new big brother Sweep is cool and there is so much else to do and see. I have managed to squeeze in 3 walks a day - lots of brooks and big puddles - fab!! have chased bunnies and pheasants but got told off when I chased this duck called Daisy and the 3 chooks - humpf!! I have made friends with the sheepdog and the lurcher who can run really fast - my new mum says lasts good as they will wear me out!! I have also met sheep, horses and ponies - Sweep says there is a cat called Sooty that lives here but I've only seen his bum so far when Sweep chased him!!

Must go as mum has caught me trying to sneak in my bone

.....yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn I so need to snooze.....

Floss here,,hello max nice to meet you.
Well what a week,,i'm lame and mum keeps poking,pulling and prodding me but i cannot tell her where it hurts,,so im abit fed up.We went on a long steady walk this morning i was only meant to be walking but couldent control my excitment at being somewhere new.Mum just said i'm off the the place where they stick needles in you all the time,i think it was a vet,arggghh.I'm off to bed now as i'm pooped..take care everyone.

Hi Max!

I am sure you have heard all about me, Sweep will have told you. I'm pretty awesome. Handsome, too. I have a sister who lives with me, she is a bit simple.
I have a Big Mum who is lovely and lets me do what I want - and a Small Mum who throws balls for me but is a bit of a tyrant and keeps trying to 'train' me. Bleh.

This week we were out for a dander when all of a sudden I saw one of those bear things, you know, the fast things with long ears - they're bears, right?!
Well anyway I took off at the speed of light and I nearly had the little blighter.
All of a sudden I heard Small Mum yelling for me and I thought she might be in awful trouble, so I'd better go back and save her.
I charged back to her looking all brave. And handsome.
She was in a right tizzy, with her face leaking.
Then she gave me a big sloppy hug and a kiss, UUUGGGHHHHHHH! Yuck!
Humans are so weird, there was nothing wrong with her at all, she sounded like someone was trying to kill her.
Thank God no one saw, I don't think my street cred would ever be the same again.

On Sundays I go hang out with my homies. The humans call it 'training club'.
Trainer bloke Al said Small Mum is still too easy on me, grrr, so she says this week she is taking no crap

dammit, I thought I had been getting away with it!!!
There were lots of show-off dogs from away down south today. They stick their noses right in their owner's front bums

and Small Mum says I will have to do that too.
No fear! Heelwork is rubbish.

At the end me and Small Mum and my other sister Brandi (who is slightly more intelligent than Bella, but that isn't hard) and her Small Person did lots of jumps and the A-frame and the catwalk.
So now I am knackered.

Hello Max, I'm Henry. I founded bunny-aholics anonymous - would you like to join?

This week the human has left me all on my own lots

First she went off to somewhere called Dublin so I went to stay with some nice people, and went for lots of walks. Then she kept vanishing off the meetings at work but without me. Then she went off on one of those big clumpy beasts that humans seem to like riding so much (why do the beasts put up with it?). First she tried shutting me in the clumpy beast's satbel but I made sure everyone knew that wasn't on

so then she reversed the car into the barn and left me in there instead with my seatbelt on so I couldn't escape and all the windows open. Then finally she went to a party on Friday night without me! I was pretty disgusted with her as you can imagine.

But she made up for it today because we went to the beach! And she played stone throwing for ages, then we went for a really long walk, and I even got a crisp in the pub

She said I was really good, I made sure to come back every time she blew her silly whistle and even did walking to heel and waiting like a pro.

There were loads of interesting smells and the human took pictures but now she can't get them off her phone and onto the computer. She's so rubbish.

Still never mind, maybe we'll go the beach again soon!

Hello Max, My name is Gallie and I am a chocolate Labrador. My Mummy showed me the photos of you and I must say that you are very handsome! Mummy says that I am the most beautiful dog in the world and I am inclined to agree with her (but she is rather indulgent where I am concerened). My likes are: food, walks, food, chasing bunnies, food, cuddles on the sofa, food, people, people with food and food. my dislikes are; being hungry, short walks.... and I think that's it! Good thing I get lots of very long walkies or I'd never keep my figure. I am eight years old and also came from Labrador Rescue. Do you like older women by any chance...?

Hello Max, I'm Wes. I've had a bit of a mixed weekend, had lots of fun on Saturday going to see some doggie friends in the morning and having a good play, then driving down to the sea side and playing on the cliffs. For some reason mum always seems a bit tense when we are up there...

I was a bit tired when we got home, and after a nice dinner with fish from the sea side added I went to sleep - woke up to find mum had gone!! Well, I thought the safest place to be was the bathroom, mum spends a lot of time in there under water after all... but I shut myself in!!

I decided to just try and sleep again but really needed a wee - luckily mum had left some papers beside the bath, they said 'Invitation to Tender' on them but I'm sure they weren't important!

Oh well, I got lots of kisses when mum stumbled into the house later, and got to sleep on her bed which is much comfier than mine

Sunday I spent with my bitches at the yard - splet most of the day on the sofa with the girls, as mum was in the rubber place shouting at people. Then a nice walk, dinner and a sleep... I managed to get on mum's bed during the night, don't think she noticed as she was a bit suprised this morning... but she let me sleep on there the other night, why not all the time..??

Hello Max - I'm Poppy

I have had some lovely walks this week , to the common - there where scary big animals called 'cows' *shudders*

But I did get to swim in the pond ! yup yup !
Then I got to go with my mummy and nanny to Tescos and lots of people fussed over me while I was standing outside
- It must be because I'm so pretty even if I do say so myself

And had a walk rounds the fields near tesco's to - unexplored teritory is always an adventure !

Mummy also got me some very yummy new treats that I absolutely looooooooove !

Hello Max, are you sure you've not any Spangle in you? My Mummy says I'm not to talk to "Dirty Smelly Labs"

This weekend I went to my Granny and Grampa's house, they have lots of Spangles there AND they are big rough tough gundogs already, so I have to try and behave extra-specially good when I'm there, just incase they need an extra hand during the season

Turns out they are easily impressed, something to do with me being miles better than before

I thought I was always pretty nifty TBH!!

I also tried to make friends with one of my Uncles, but for some reason he was a bit worried, apparently beating him up the first time we met wasn't a good move

The Tall ones had been to somewhere called Disneyland, where apparently they met one of my relations, Tigger I think they said he was called..

Anyway they bought me a nice teddy to make up for abandoning me so I was happy

Must dash, I think they've noticed I "may" have chewed one of the toys

better hide before they smack my bum!
