Excellent news!
So pleased to hear that he's making a good recovery, managing the ederly is always a juggling act.

Yes it has been a juggling act this winter. For the first time I felt he had lost too much weight, he always looses a bit.

I had to balance him looking like a rescue case against the risks of upping his feed.

I got away with it all winter but it may have backfired yesterday. I can only assume its the amount of feed he is getting which caused it.

At least there is some grass coming through now, he always picks up weight when it does.

Not looking forward to next winter at all.

Im so pleased for you and Rocky. I always feel emotionally attached when I hear Rocky as that was the name of my childhood pony that I had for over 20 years so my thoughts were with you. Great news!
