Hi ! Im new.. and looking for some livery yard tips in surrey

hiya, wondered if there where any users on here based in surrey?
I have 2 horses and currently looking for DIY or assisted in Cobham area I am a livery at a lovely yard currently but its v v expensive and although I am happy there, I have to cut back on the luxury yards! as my partner and I are trying t concentrate more on his business so, need to cut costs!
I need good turnout, use of a school, safe and secure with GOOD hacking , there used to be a place called silvemere manor near Weybridge/Cobham does anyone know if its still around?

Can you cast your net furhter? Quite a few yards over the Horsely (East & West) direction
