hello!
i need some advice.
im currently losing alot of weight. i lost alot a few years ago and sadly put it all on after my mums death.
I used to ride when i was younger, but stopped at 12.
The last time i was in a stables i was 18 stone a few years ago. The women was convinced i didnt weigh that much [i carry well lmao] and wanted to get me back on a horse. I refused as i was way too heavy.
Anyway, i have just got my daughter whos 5 into a stables. shes rode a few times before but this time will become a regular thing. My dream is to ride together. But because of my bone structure, my goal weight is 13stone. I have read on here about people thinking this is much to heavy for a horse to carry, and now im worried i will never ride again.
what shall i do? i can not wait to get back on a horse, to help tone up and get healthy. But i have visions of me getting on and the poor horse falling or refusing to move! HELP!
lucky my daughter is tiny and slim and nothing like her mum!
