Hi there, I've been an on and off lurker for a few years now, and I finally decided to make myself a profile and post.

I'm a 21 year old first year saddlery student from South Wales. I have three horses of my own, Prim, a 1995 15hh bay cob type mare, Indi (aka Moose - she has a very large head), a 2001 16hh dark bay TB/Paint/cob mare by Brynteg Winston Churchhill, and Argen Tina (aka Xena) a 2007 16.2hh+ bay British warmblood filly by Argentinus out of Catherston Deal in Gold (elite mare by Dutch Gold). I mostly hunt, and also do long distance (only 30-40k) during the summer with Indi.

I'm very interested in breeding, and have bred one foal myself out of Prim, by the TB stallion Beau Venture. A Glorious Venture (aka Toad), a 2006 15hh chestnut mare is now in her new home, and will be starting BSJA this summer.

Here are photos of my girls, enjoy :)

Xena (not many photos I'm afraid, I've not had her that long, but I should hopefully be taking more this weekend)

Welcome! Lovely looking neddies and I don't think Indi has a bg head! Poor indi, cover your ers love, you're beautiful! :)

They're all pretty! i must say i like Xena best but thats just because im a Warmblood person. not really much for the Cob/TB. and i LOVE the name Toad.
if i ever do get to name a horse, i like to name them the names of other animals.
Hence Fox, my mare. i'd like to one day own a horse named duck though, i think its hilarious.

once again, lovely bunch you got there!

Thanks all!

There aren't all that many about at the moment Misterjay, but from being on all my courses, I can safely say there's about to be an influx.

Jcwh I'm not normally a warmblood person! But I've always been a fan of Argentinus (and Grannus, I like that old fashioned looking warmblood stamp), and when she came up for sale in my area I couldn't resist.

Haha Tallyho. There's no denying she's beautiful, but the six and a half inch mouth doesn't lie! I love her dearly, big head and all.

Cheers H Tobago!

SJ yes I do believe that's Poplar Park in Suffolk. My friend (who now owns her) took her up there for cross country schooling last summer. It looks like a fabulous course, I was very envious!
