I love the LED whip. A yard friend who drove me past said the whip was the first thing she noticed, and that was with me having a super-bright bike light on Blue's bum.

The breastplate is just from Amazon, but works really well. It's reflective as well, but it's so thin that I only really use it if I'm going to have it lit up.

I have some LED leg bands from Equisafety, but I'm disappointed with them. They're just runner armbands with an Equisafety label stitched on and £10 added to the price, they aren't particularly bright, and they barely fit around Blue's (admittedly chunky) legs.

The Luma stuff looks great - I'm tempted, especially at that price! Although, quick question - is it just a neck band, or does it also connect to the girth?

Just a neck band. They're very bright, the "leg bands" I think will be going on my leg and arm as I find unless you put stuff like that over boots they pop off or slither down. Either way they'll come in handy. Worth it imo for the hat band and brow band really

I have 8 runners LED armbands, go on my arms and legs, and horses legs. A runners hi viz elastic vest on me. Horse wears rechargeable breastplate and tail guard.

I’ve a rechargeable head torch on hat.

So the leg bands... I struggled with these as thought it was my horse’s legs that were too thin, I didn’t think about them going on the human?! Apparently though they go over brushing boots and are full size.

Yeah, they are pretty decent length and quite adjustable. They go nicely just below my knee and I've got over 12 inches of bone (also fat and muscle but you know what I mean)

I had an Led tabbard, mine was red. We used to hack around a country park in the dark. Everyone commented on it.
Looked a bit like a Christmas tree from a distance.
Also had some clip on leds, I think they were sold for on dog collars. I put them on my neck strap.
If you look for non equestrian stuff it's a lot cheaper.
