Hi viz mesh exercise sheet for mini

I was wondering if you guys can help me? I have recently started leading mini off my connie on rides. All good so far but he has no hi viz. Connie has a hi viz mesh wrap round sheet with breast plate and I would like one for mini (don't mind what colour). Trouble is that mini is a very stocky shetland - wearing 4'9 rug. He's only 42". I think he would need a 3'9 sheet. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks :0)
