Hi viz schooling whip

I'm trying to find one of these so I can warn drivers on blind bends but having no joy at the moment. Has anyone got one of these and if so where did you get it from? Or will I need to make one myself?

Ehmmm, looks nice, but a cheaper option would be to buy one's own hi-viz tape and wrap it around the whip???? Just a thought.

mine is better than the one in the link

The only trouble with the tape is it gets dull quick and the tape slowly unravels. (been there done it)
