Vets and vet hospitals typically use it still pink for cleaning injection sites / surgery sites etc.there was an excellent article in horsemanship magazine whilst it was running on hibiscrub ...... basically you have to dilute it massively. I can't remember the exact ratio but even the 1:20 mentioned above might not be enough. But the resulting mixture should be clear and the same viscosity as water. Used correctly (ie sparingly), it is very good, but very few people actually use it properly.
yeah at least 1:20 or more if u are going to use it, i only use hibi for a few things mostly i just use saline at 1 pint previously boiled to 1 tbsp
Easier IME to use sterile saline eye pods.
….but sterile saline and hibiscrub serve two very different purposes. It depends what you are using it for.
