Hi, I am looking for reviews on the airowear body protector - I will be wearing all the time when riding so how comfortable is it? And also, I showjump but I want to do some cross country, is it suitable for cross country ?( can you get shoulder pads to fit them?) any reviews and advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't own one but I was considering this BP as a replacement for my EXO as it looks smart worn over a hunt or show coat and is lightweight. It conforms to the highest level (3) and would be absolutely fine for all types of riding including cross country. The Hickstead didn't fit me too well as I have a long body and it came up a bit short on me (like other body protectors do) so I went for the Airowear Outlyne instead which comes in a huge range of sizes and they do shoulder pads for that model as well, not sure if the shoulder pads will fit the Hickstead, maybe drop Airowear an email? The Outlyne is the most comfortable and well fitting BP I have owned and I do recommend it.
