Im sure there is a note this year that there will be an extra fee if you want to change classes or enter another class
Late Entries
Entries received after the closing date, if accepted, will automatically be charged an
additional £5.00 per class.
Amended Entries and Substitutions
Amended or additional entries, if accepted at the show, will also be charged an additional
£5.00 per class. Please do not think you can enter just for the first day, and then add to your
entries without paying the penalty. Exhibitors swapping to a different class during the show
with a lower entry fee will forfeit the difference in fees. Unused entries or failure to start in
any classes will result in the forfeiture of the associated fees. Genuine substitutions, for
example for horses that have upgraded, will not be expected to pay an extra fee unless there
is a difference in the class entry fee.

although not sure the rules on beer tents. lol.
