hiding hay

I have a huge round bale of hay in my field, which was there when I moved in,but is still good. The boys have decided they want it but are just making a mess. Any tips on what I could do with it? I've thought about lots of bin bags and take it home, but that's not really practical.

Tarpaulin and tyres around the edge but once they've got over the fact its not a giant horse eating monster mine would then start pawing and biting it so had to electric fence around it!

I have 1 of these - used for storage don't think they are deep enough to put a round bale in

Im presuming bale has had the netting taken off - if not a couple of you could maybe roll it out of the way
