Hello all!

I'm taking my horse to our first inhand show together in a couple of weeks.

She has a scar on the front of her hock which looks like it could have been caused by a wire injury before i got her.

I was wondering what was best to use to hide the white hairs?! She is a dark bay and the scar is on her black points. Would boot polish work??
Thank you!

Hmm probably but there are better showing make up products around now. Most of them are around 5-10 pounds but have found a little goes a long way and work best if applied a little at a time with your finger rather than the applicator.

Cowboy Magic make showing make up for this very purpose. Ive used it often in the past on numerous horses and it covers very well and isnt too easy to rub off.

I know somebody who used hair dye for showing and it worked really well the judge didn't notice it at all!
