I suspect that due to the way High Cross price their tests unless it is a qualifier most people would enter the unaffiliated section as it is nearly half the price!

Their Unaff entry fee's are the same as their Aff fee's which from memory are £16

We were up there on Sun and were talking about is it really worth affiliating when the entry prices double!
Which also strikes me as unfair in a way, as you get the horses that are good enough to affiliate that then don't (bit of a double edged sword I guess)
