high vis breastplate - anyone make?sell?

Im looking for a highvis breastplate, the type that clips to the D rings of the saddle but doesnt have a martingale strap.

Ive searched high and low but cant find anything.

Why does it need to clip to the saddle? This one goes through the girth but doesn't attach to D-rings....

I think by being a little more forward it makes the strap more visible from the front....

havent seen them seperately will have a google, but my ex sheet has something similarly shaped that fastens around the chest.

If you cant find anything, you could make a High Viz breastgirth cover from a cheap tabard or something
