High Wither Jumping Saddles - Any Recommendations?

I was just wondering wheather anyone has any experience with trying to get a leather jumping saddle that is suitable for a horse with high withers.

I have a 4yr old so don't want to go mad and will get one second hand but my problem is that his withers are high and long.

I'm used to jumping in the pessoa amo however due to dodgy knees i now need a saddle with small knee rolls and flat seat as i'm tall and deeper seat with fairly big knee blocks are uncomfortable....

Any suggestions most welcome

I had a Jaguar mono flap event saddle when my mare had very high narrow withers, now very flat and wide withers, she broke them last year, good excuse to buy a devoucoux
