Have already posted this in careers etc but more people will see it in here.....
My very good friend has been a groom since leaving school, she has been married and divorced and has 2 children a mother and a dog to look after, plus childrens ponies!!
She has been working in a Polo yard for the last 5 years where she completely ran it all herself. Her standards are so high, she sacked all the staff upon arriving as the work was very shoddy and she could do by herself, what 4 other girls/lads could do! However, she has now finished working for the Polo yard and is looking for a new job.
She seeks full time employment and is not fussy what discipline she works for but I don't think she likes to do much riding as she suffers with her back, but all the other stable management jobs are fine. She does drive a lorry, not sure about HGV.
I would trust this girl 110% as I have had the privilidge to work with her on many occasion. She is very dedicated, a lovely person, easy to get on with and can turn a horse out like no other.
She would need accomodation for her family and ponies.
