Well.. a few weeks ago it said something literally along the lines of 'rider must learn how to ride 15m half circles dorrectly' and 'making it difficult for the horse'
Saturdays was the best - 'rider is unable to get leg around the horse'
Now... I am short on him....but how the hell do I fix that!! We have been roaring with laughter since...

Oh dear LMAO..thats like the commentator today, small child, pony refused at first jump ,'wise up' shouts child, commentator on completion 'after stout words with her pony at the start xxx has completed the course with no more trouble'

Lol!! Funniest comment I had (though it was verbal) was "please can you pause a moment while I move my car back - I'd rather it if it wasn't sat on"

Also once had "marks will improve when horse stops working like a giaffe".

My best comment ever was "Two marks off!! Rider must not swear at her horse.."

I got that recently when all I had done was shout at my reader to repeat the last instruction. "We woz robbed!"

I did suggest that Charlie's sire and dam were not married yesterday when he ran out on XC fence #3 (in front of 4 of my friends). It was something like "You mucking bar steward, you are going over this mucking fence." Now if I was REALLY cross, I would have threatened him with a fact finding visit to the Pedigree Chum factory!

Dont you know some judges still use those old stretching machines, woe betide those who refuse to use them!!! LOL!

Not a problem easily fixed really!!!

I did a dressage test on Taz once, and the best comments I got were "flying changes not required at this level!!!!!" for a trot movement, and for a canter movement "8 flying changes!!!!!"

Was real comedy!

LOL ! I got a similar one from my OH when I took my (admittedly speedy) little connemara to her first dressage - "well done ! You were much the fastest ..."

If I remembered correctly, you posted a video of it didn't you? If it is the same incident, that is one understatement! LOL!

I did a test on Rhyn before he went on loan and he got in a real tizz, refused to canter at one point and we just had "DISOBEDIENT" in big letters and underlined for that movement

I think I may even have had a few exclamation marks

Not a written comment but the judge actually got out of her car after my final salute to console me saying "Never mind dear we all have days like this". I think the sheet said something like "Misplaced impulsion today".

Thankfully not all from the same test, but i've had...

1) "hope you enjoy the XC"
2) "oh dear, not your day is it"
3) "lots of loops" (for when i got lost and stuck in a few too many canter loops)

I've only ridden a conventional dressage test twice - the first time I got "whoops -parted company", improving marginally the 2nd time to get "nicely ridden but hurried throughout".

I've had/heard of :

Scarey car (horse refused to approach car at C)
High school movements not required at this level (unscheduled levade *cough*)

Best one I've heard of is "God loves a trier" !!

I've had :

"Horse evidently does not like windscreen wipers" - couldn't get him near "C" after the judge switched the wipers on while we were warming up!
