Hi everyone, I posted on the NL1 earlier about my horses lameness - he looks as though he is lame in his front left leg (has been on and off for 4 weeks) worse after being ridden. When I was trotting him up the other day someone passing mentioned that he looked as though he was crossing his hind legs - not tracking true. I checked his back for sore spots but found nothing. Today I asked someone to help me trot him up and they (unprovoked) said the same thing and offered to trot him so I could see. It was more noticeable in trot - his hind left was crossing infront of the right - very noticeable as he went past me and from behind. Have the vet coming tomorrow but I just wondered if anyone has any ideas what this might be? I've looked on the net and seen that a crooked horse would throw his weight onto his front shoulder which could explain why he looks lame in his front????

ANy views welcomed

My horse had PSD and Sacroiliac problems (they often go hand in hand) and it caused her to plait terribly with her hinds

She also had intermittant forelimb lameness :-(
