Further to my post about the Prolite hind event boots that don't fit my horse (not wide enough in the medium, large too long) I want to find out if there are any other XC boots that offer cannon protection? Other than Prolite and NEW (not particularly fond of NEW boots). Preferably that would fit something with wide (but not really particularly chunky) legs. Any reccommendations? Oh, and preferably with either double velcro or really long straps!

It's the hind ones I need though, Prolites fit in front!
They aren't big enough width-wise. The cannon protection sits on the inside of her leg, or if I put that in the right place then the velcro doesn't do up properly as the "end" of the boot is sat directly on her tendons. The large size is too long! Damn horse, I was hoping to have matching front and hind!

Ahh, ok, think N.E.W maybe your only choice, as they do wide med, so not too long

We have Equiflect back boots (which are extremely similar to Prolite) and they do made to measure for v little more. We bought a pair for our IDx who has 10" of bone. They can be googled for stockists.
